About : African Proverbs was my first cover-to-cover book design for Randall House Publications. Author Clint Morgan served as a missionary in Cote d’Ivoire for many years, and later became general director of IM, Inc., an organization dedicated to missions and serving others. These proverbs were collected from his years of experience in the field. I thoroughly enjoyed designing this book, adding photo and graphic elements to illustrate and accent the proverbs and their meanings. The images below are samples from the 56 pages.
